Director, Talent and Culture Process Enablement Job Description

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Director, Talent and Culture Process Enablement to join our Human Resources organization.

This role is responsible for serving as a process lead and key representative for the Tax function, thinking innovatively to identify process enhancements and improvements, and frequently representing tax in various forums.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead in the design, execution, and refinement of major human resource processes for the Tax function.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional peers and other internal teams to advise and provide direction on major processes and projects for the Tax function.
  • Develop and manage timelines for respective groups and oversee partner processes, collaborating with Partner Services, Tax Functional leadership, and Financial and Accounting (F&A) on partner-related responsibilities.
  • Manage employee performance development and compensation process timelines and key strategy components and guidelines for respective groups.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on the design, testing, and functional liaison role for tools, and helping end-users, including leadership, with tools and dashboards.
  • Act as a primary lead on the development of expectation-setting, talent reviews, and year-end review process, forms, and guidance materials for performance development.
  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced members on their team, serving as a Performance Manager (PML) for other process team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ten years of recent work experience as a human resource professional (or related).
  • Preferred specialization in a professional services environment.
  • Experience as an HR Business Advisor is also preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
