Key Responsibilities
  • Post job opportunities on various platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media
  • Manage a high volume of candidates through our various platforms
  • Ensure a seamless and high-touch experience for our candidates
  • Sourcing candidates from various platforms
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and recommend placement of candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Director on the recruiting process and pending needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience using a web-based applicant tracking system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Results-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
