About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Recruiting Expert to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruiting process, from creating and updating job descriptions to sourcing candidates and managing relationships with external recruiters and internal hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update job descriptions that attract top talent
- Research and suggest new recruiting strategies to improve our hiring process
- Source candidates for diverse roles and manage relationships with external recruiters
- Schedule interviews and enhance screening processes to ensure we find the best fit for our team
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and check in during their initial months
Requirements:
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in Sales and Tech
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle a high volume of job requisitions
