Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Execution Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling, LLC. This is a key role that requires a proactive and results-oriented individual to drive profitable growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and brand alignment in the Beverage Manufacturing area.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective information sharing, demand planning, contract management, order fulfillment, and receivables management.
- Serve as a primary customer-facing representative for all commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to the operating model and customer Key Operating Indicators (KOIs).
- Achieve annual sales performance goals across the full scope of customer accounts covered by the role.
- Manage engagement and communication with customers regarding business execution issues in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination and execution of customer onboarding.
- Oversee contract adherence, performance metrics, and SLA-related items and the associated communications internal and with customers.
- Partner with Finance to address invoicing, fines/fees, and payment-related issues.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the beverage industry or the broader CPG industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business execution management, and/or program management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing projects and/or people.
- Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods environment, sales, business execution management, and/or program management.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members. The salary range for this role is $115,381.28 - $167,302.86 per year, with a bonus target of 10% annual. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
