Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Leader to join our Jamba team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising team members, managing labor controls, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision during assigned shifts to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help manage daily labor controls and costs.
  • Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Assist with guest comments and complaints.
  • Supervise daily shifts to ensure company standards, product quality, and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Assist in the ongoing training of team members.
  • Help encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Opens and closes the restaurant in the absence of upper management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
