- Administer benefits and manage open enrollment through Employee Navigator.
- Organize monthly events to celebrate employee milestones and business successes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or SHRM certification.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR and Safety Compliance.
- Ability to travel to facilities in Chicago as needed.
