Key Responsibilities:
- Interview and evaluate candidates for non-exempt and supervisory level positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent bank for the region.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Analyze current recruitment processes and suggest areas for improvement.
- Maintain human resources information system logs and compile database reports.
- Conduct new hire training and analyze human resources trends and metrics to assist in the development of solutions, programs, and policies.
- Maintain a depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
- Manage specific projects as needed and provide human resources guidance in functional and multifunctional initiatives.
- Participate in the development of objectives and systems of the department.
- Assist supervisors in the time and attendance process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
Intermediate level to expert in the management of ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Excellent email domain and office team.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. High level of organizational skills.
Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (oral and written at a professional level).
Management of proposals, quotes, and auctions (preferred). Experience in customer service or direct sales. Experience in high-volume recruitment and human resources management.
