Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative support services ranging from the complex to the routine, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the Administration Department.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates with delivery service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery services
Monitors office cleaning services to ensure compliance with contracts and maintains common areas
Processes purchases of office materials and equipment, and coordinates inventory management
Trains receptionists on filing procedures, telephone systems, and delivery matters
Maintains physical and electronic file procedures, including file destruction and storage
Updates and maintains administrative intranet platforms with relevant documents
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in office administration or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy
