Job Description

At Properties Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, and facilitating the return of company property.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities, employee engagement, and turnover metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience conducting new employee orientation.
  • Experience related to the rental and sales industry.
