Position Overview

\

We are looking for a skilled Data Collection Specialist to join our team at Guara Bi/Westcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records and supporting the success of our programs.

Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage admissions, discharges, and follow-up assessments for program evaluations.
  • Enter knowledge assessments and project data into the electronic record system.
  • Collaborate with Project Supervisors or Coordinators on quality assurance processes.
\

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's Degree in a social service field (minimum).
  • Fluent bilingual skills in English (mandatory).
  • At least one year of experience collecting and entering data.
  • One year of experience working with substance use and/or mental health clients.
  • Excellent language and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized work habits and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
