• Build trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and economic conditions to deliver informed advice.
• Cultivate partnerships across the organization to drive integrated sales and service efforts, enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Research opportunities to deliver retail banking products, mortgages, leases/auto loans, investments, and insurance services that align with clients' financial objectives.
• Effective communication and education of clients and colleagues regarding Retail Banking products.
• Maintenance of accurate client records and timely response to incoming inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably in Finance and Accounting.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the banking industry, with 3-5 years of sales experience in retail banking products.
• Financial Paraplanner Certification and Life Insurance License (candidate must pass exams within 6 months of starting the role).
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking products and ability to educate and inform clients and colleagues.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

• On-site work schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work non-business hours, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when needed.
