**About the Role**

We are looking for a results-driven Premium Banker to join our team in the San Juan Region. As a Premium Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to deliver retail banking products, mortgages, leases/auto loans, investment, and insurance that fit into clients' financial goals.
  • Research available retail banking products, mortgages, leases/auto loans, investment, and insurance opportunities to determine whether they fit into clients' financial goals.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers in person, via telephone calls, teams, and e-mails.
  • Timely response to incoming emails, phone inquiries, and required contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in the banking industry and 3-5 years in sales experience in retail banking products.
  • Financial Para-Planner Certification and Life Insurance License.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills.
