Financial Strategist

A key role is available for a professional to analyze clients' financial situations, identify risks and opportunities, and develop tailored strategies to help clients achieve their long-term objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to advise on achieving financial goals, considering their life stage, financial situation, and needs, and develop personalized plans to assist them in achieving success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer integrated advice and support, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Maintain strong relationships of trust and loyalty with clients, built on expertise, empathy, and effective communication.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Financial Planning, Risk Management, or Law) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial products and services, business development, taxes, laws, regulations, and insurance business, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Preferably certified as CFP, MBA, CPA, or JD, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent client relationship and service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Sales and teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Analytical reasoning, oral presentation, and meeting management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Technical knowledge of investments, trusts, insurance, and banking products, with a deep understanding of financial markets and trends.
• High level of organization, problem-solving, and writing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and produce high-quality written content.
