- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labor Relations, or Psychology.
- Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition field.
- Excellent focus in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in groups.
- Ability to work in an organized manner.
- Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Oral Communication: Spanish and English language proficiency.
- Computer and technological literacy: Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
