Job Description:

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive growth within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative selling, industry knowledge, and experience in industrial refrigeration.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Sell our solutions persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners and contractors, reaching optimal profit levels.
  • Buildding strong partnering relationships with customers to drive system technology sales of our solutions.
  • Seek out new business opportunities, qualify potential customers, and assess their needs.
  • Negotiate value and close sales, differentiating us as a total building environment supplier.
  • Partner with internal operations and administrative staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage receivables balances in line with our objectives and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years of progressive field sales experience.
  • Experience in HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and consultative selling.
  • Extensive experience in industrial food and beverage oil&gas markets and developing markets in the Caribbean.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
