We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our export development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, expanding export territories, and managing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new sales opportunities.
  • Export Territory Management: Develop and execute plans to expand our presence in targeted markets, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products.
  • Sales Operations: Manage sales pipelines, analyze customer data, and optimize pricing applications to maximize sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all export territories to ensure seamless product availability.
  • Billing and Collection: Ensure timely billing and collection of payments from customers, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and analyze reports to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in export territory sales.
  • Training and Development: Participation in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge is essential.
  • Pricing Applications: Knowledge of pricing applications and the ability to analyze data to optimize sales performance is critical.
