Responsibilities- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote financial services and products to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and corporate guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of experience in customer services, sales, cash handling, or related experience.
Please note that training will be conducted in San Juan, PR for 18 business days. You must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting if necessary.
