About This Role
- This is a critical position that requires excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure that all areas are taken care of in a disciplined, periodic manner.
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, OSHA, Plumbing, Masonry, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) principles and guidelines.
- A keen attention to detail, especially the ability to quickly spot threats to safety, is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for safety and maintenance problems.
- Assist with recommendations on replacement versus repair, necessity of upgrading facilities, and cost of such supplies and equipment.
- Maintain policies and procedures, reviews, and evaluates current maintenance program performance.
