Corporate Real Estate Director

The Corporate Real Estate Director will oversee the operations of the Facilities Management, Branch Services, Administration, and Transaction Management departments in the Caribbean Region. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement operational models that meet the CRE division's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to procedures and operational models as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement operational models that meet the CRE division's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with Division Management and Executive Leadership to deliver high-quality services and solutions
