Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and store displays.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead at a retail store.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
- Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
