We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Restaurant Operations to join our dynamic team at Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize restaurant operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
