We are looking for a skilled Passenger Boarding Bridge Technician to join our team at Protalents. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs) at Carolina Airport.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of electronics and/or mechanics. They will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on PBB systems, as well as documenting work orders and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections on bridges to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  2. Troubleshooting: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and diagnose deficiencies reported by Airline PBB operators.
  3. Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and painting, as specified by manufacturers.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with AOCC and Supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Documentation: Document work orders and maintain accurate records using CMMS.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Knowledge of electronics and/or mechanics.
  • Full availability (Monday-Sunday) rotating shifts.
