Jetbridge Technician ~

We request for a Jetbridge Technician in Carolina Airport.

Position Summary

Responsible for the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB's) including electrical, hydraulic, controls, PLC, GPU, structural and mechanical systems. Quickly responds to and documents work order requests submitted by Airport personnel and/or Supervisor. Performs regular corrective and preventive maintenance work as well as detailed inspections following Maintenance Plan. Strictly follows applicable codes, standards and manufacturer requirements as well as safety guidelines. Coordinates resources, equipment and materials to perform the work efficiently.
Requisitos:
Essential Functions Performs regular inspections on bridges as a preventive measure to evaluate, identify, correct and document any deficiency.
Evaluates, troubleshoots, diagnoses and corrects any deficiencies reported by Airline PBB operators.
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on bridges including, lubrication, cleaning and painting as suggested by manufacturer.
Communicates constantly with AOCC (Airport Operation Control Center) to discuss Airline Operations on PBB's.
Notifies the AOCC about PBB's that are not operating correctly. Shares the information with Supervisor to establish an action plan.
Reports immediately to Supervisor when a PBB needs major repairs.
Document work using CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Uses the corresponding safety equipment and complies with the established regulations.
Requirements

HIgh School Diploma
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Knowledge of electronics and/or mechanics.
Full availability (Monday-Sunday) rotating
