Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to clients, including tax provision calculations and ASC 740 compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide industry knowledge and experience.
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advice.
- Participate in market and business activities, contributing to the growth and development of our practice.
- Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in taxation from an accredited college/university.
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills, with a solid knowledge of ASC 740.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in English and Spanish.
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.
