Key Responsibilities:
| Review complex partnership book-to-tax securities adjustments, tax allocations, state apportionment, and withholding tax computation for hedge funds, BSL CLOs, and private equity funds.
| Review federal/state partnership K-1s, PFIC statements, income tax returns, foreign reporting forms, and quarterly income tax projections.
| Review partnership and corporations' federal/state tax returns and quarterly estimates.
| Compile and review corporation's quarterly tax accruals.
| Monitor internal and external tax deliverable deadlines and set priorities on various assignments.
Requirements and Qualifications
8+ years of public (with HF) or combo HF tax experience. CPA or parts passed preferred, not required.
