Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Field Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 2 support for break-fix issues on PCs and printers
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Set up new users and email addresses in Active Directory
- Assist with wireless access points, VPNs, and switches
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop support/field support role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and wireless access points
- Experience with Active Directory and email setup
- SQL Server experience a plus
- M&A experience a plus
