Job Description:

Tower Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify potential threats.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to prevent cyber attacks.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security of all systems and networks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security awareness program to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
