Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of operational experts to deliver exceptional service and drive employee and customer satisfaction
- Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service
- Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives
- Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth
- Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes, and maintain associated records and reports
- Bachelor's degree level education required
- Proven ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis
- Ability to travel between 50-75% in the defined geography during peak business times
