The Senior Credit Analyst, Commercial Credit will contribute to the overall management and profitability of the Bank's Corporate & Institutional loan portfolios by providing expert credit analysis and risk assessment. This role will work closely with the Credit Manager to develop and implement effective credit strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Bank's credit policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment of commercial loan applications.
- Collaborate with the Credit Manager to develop and implement credit strategies and policies.
- Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to the Credit Committee.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of credit analysis experience in commercial banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
