- Focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and empower employees to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the 10 commandments.
- Support operation departments during peak periods.
- Manage all associates, ensuring they are attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient in their interactions with guests.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of hotel management experience required.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
