As a key member of the HD Supply team, the Distribution Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of distribution personnel to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Develop and manage the distribution department budget to optimize resource allocation.

Work Environment
The Distribution Supervisor will typically work in a comfortable environment with regular exposure to moderate physical discomfort factors, such as dust, fumes, or odors.
Occasional overnight travel may be required, less than 10% of the time.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management are typically required. Certification may be beneficial, and an advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
