- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Anticipate needs and preferences, taking initiative to plan and prepare for upcoming events and meetings.
- Assist in preparation of Microsoft Office365 based deliverables, including processing changes and final format of various documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Serve as the administrative liaison to others in the Company and with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication.
