Corporate Services Coordinator

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced executive assistant to provide top-notch support to the CEO. Key responsibilities include:

1. Calendar management: scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; managing travel arrangements; and ensuring accurate and up-to-date calendars.
2. Travel planning: arranging flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related tasks; creating detailed itineraries and ensuring timely execution.
3. Personal tasks: coordinating doctor appointments, family activities, gift coordination, and flight check-ins; running errands for the Executive as needed.
4. Document preparation: assisting in the creation of Microsoft Office365 based deliverables, including processing changes and finalizing format in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
5. Communication: serving as the administrative liaison to others in the Company and with clients, ensuring effective communication and customer service.
