Job Title: Part-Time House Manager & Personal Assistant

Entrepreneur Babes is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time House Manager & Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our household operations, coordinating personal and professional events, and providing exceptional support to our busy executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Operations Management
    • Manage household supplies, ensure timely restocking, and maintain a clean and organized home environment.
    • Run errands, coordinate home maintenance, and oversee online orders.
  • Personal Assistant Duties
    • Proactively manage our schedule, book appointments, and plan personal and professional events.
    • Handle travel arrangements, reminders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Light Business Support
    • Screen emails, assist with calendar management, and track expenses.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided for errands).
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, personal assisting, or administrative support.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week (structured but flexible schedule).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill set).
  • Mileage reimbursement for job-related travel.
  • Flexible but structured schedule.
