Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Engineer to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for executing component qualifications for Angiojet mfg lines and fostering open and transparent communication with suppliers.

Responsibilities

  1. Execution of component qualifications for Angiojet mfg lines
  2. Foster open and transparent communication with suppliers to ensure mutual understanding of expectations and objectives
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier/component performance with company goals
  4. Participate in large-scale projects or lead smaller-scale projects under senior engineering staff guidance
  5. Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of engineering work in part of a major project or a total project of moderate scope
  6. Interface with suppliers with support from cross-functional team members to investigate supplied material issues or supply constraints

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferred Biomedical Engineer)
  • At least three years of exposure as a Supplier Engineer in the medical devices industry
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Soft skills: Writing skills
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business experience
  • Minitab and Statistical tools
  • GMP, ISO13485, and FDA guidelines
  • Report Technical writing skills
