About the Role

As a Wedding Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our stunning venues. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless event execution, maintaining exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with our events team, vendors, and clients to deliver unforgettable experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage venue operations, including event setup, logistics, and teardown
  • Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators, sales staff, and other venue personnel
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
