Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Lead Management Professional to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the website chat function, contacting new leads, and qualifying them through various channels.

You will work closely with our project management team to identify and vet potential installers, and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer support and qualify leads for our client's business.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles. You should also be proficient in phone, email, and texting for professional communication, and familiar with CRM tools and lead management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the website chat function, responding to visitor inquiries in real time.
  • Contact new leads from web form submissions within minutes of receipt.
  • Qualify leads through phone, email, and texting, assessing fit and following up as needed.
  • Handle overflow calls during business hours to ensure all incoming inquiries are attended to.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and minimal accent.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and texting for professional communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Airtable and CRM platforms.
  • Background in customer service or sales related to physical products, specifically building materials.
  • Knowledge of US geography to assist in lead qualification and dealer referrals.
