We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Services Consultant to join our team at Jobleads-Us. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of retirement plans and Ascensus products and services to help clients manage their retirement plans effectively.
- Work with the Relationship Manager to deliver client satisfaction by providing retirement plan and operational expertise, proactively identifying, owning, and resolving client issues.
- Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem-solving, and issue resolution to clients and advisors.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and internal departments to ensure effective service delivery.
- Participate in creating a strategy with the Relationship Manager to ensure client retention and growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Direct client experience and Retirement Services industry experience or thorough knowledge preferred.
- Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) in industry-related studies program preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and make sound business judgments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40K-80K in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. Other rewards and benefits may include: 401(k) match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid-Time-Off, etc.
