Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Barista to join our team at our Riversouth location in Columbus, Ohio. As a Lead Barista, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Morning Ritual coffee shop, managing barista/host staff, and helping to prepare, serve, and lead the culture and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day operations of the Morning Ritual coffee shop
* Manage barista/host staff and provide guidance and training as needed
* Prepare, serve, and lead the culture and growth of the business
* Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
* Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements
* 1+ years of supervisory experience in a bar, hospitality, or restaurant operations environment
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
