Project Manager Job Description at Marker Llc

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects at Marker Llc. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring progress, performance, and quality to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, as well as provide oversight to supporting staff, including interviewing and training associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress, performance, and quality to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Lead project meetings, including reporting project status and gauging client satisfaction.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Provide oversight to supporting staff, including interviewing and training associates.
  • Support the Project Superintendent to ensure adherence to contract documents/requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore.
  • General knowledge of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and structured work habits.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
