Lead pivotal development programs, overseeing all operational aspects of phase I-IV US-based or global clinical trials. Manage a team of project managers, CRAs, and CTAs, providing training, mentoring, and oversight. Act as primary point of contact for internal and external teams for planning, conduct, and reporting of assigned trials.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and implement study plans for in-house and outsourced studies
- Manage study budgets, project milestones, and timelines
- Plan and facilitate vendor kick-off meetings and investigator meetings
- Meet investigators and key opinion leaders for assigned trials
- Drive subject recruitment for assigned studies and meet predefined timelines
- Prepare and implement quality control plans for assigned studies
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced clinical project manager to lead our global clinical operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research operations, with experience in managing large-scale clinical trials. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
