Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily property operations, including customer service, rental agreements, and sales objectives.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask.
Physical Requirements
  • Conduct property walks frequently during shifts.
  • Spends about 50% of time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
