About the Opportunity

Covenant Physician Partners is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our team at The De La Pena Eye Clinic in Montebello, CA. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some Saturday availability from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, documentation, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cheerful and polite communication on all phone calls
  • Accurately obtain and enter all required patient information
  • Assist callers with their needs, directing them to appropriate recipients
  • Schedule appointments for optimal patient experience
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One (1) or more years of experience in a customer service setting
  • Proficiency with computers, multi-line phones, and other office equipment
  • Assertive and attentive customer service at all times
