**About the Role**

At Banner Rehabilitation Hospital – East, we are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in their rehabilitation process.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Obtain vital signs and assist patients with daily activities.
  2. Promptly answer call lights and report any issues or progress observed.
  3. Reinforce rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment, hospital experience as a patient care technician, nursing assistant, or actively enrolled in nursing school.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
