We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and contract processing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of large industrial customers and conduct thorough analyses to determine eligibility for community solar projects.
  • Underwrite customer contracts to ensure compliance with state, utility, and client requirements.
  • Prioritize project fulfillment by managing and assigning deal flow in alignment with project commercial operation timelines.
  • Develop sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, operational efficiencies, and customer complaints.
  • Manage channel commission processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Triage partner requests and inquiries regarding commission payments, customer subscriptions, and program details.
  • Enhance sales operations processes by maintaining accuracy in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for underwriting.
  • Support sales objectives by aligning with the broader goals of the company and the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • Prior enrollment or contract processing experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM a plus but not required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills
  • Proficient with Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
