Sales and Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:- Sales: Drive sales to meet metrics as outlined by leadership, develop territory strategy to maximize sell-through of inventory, and plan and execute events to sales goals.
- Training: Educate and train store staff on Murad brand knowledge and product demonstration, plan and execute quarterly meetings with Store Management, District Managers, Department Managers, and District Trainers.
- Communication, Relationships, and Time Management: Self-motivated to lead and represent Murad in the best light possible with retail partners, communicate season presentation to Store Management and Store Selling Staff, and collect and report any out-of-stock situation to National Account Managers.
- Minimum 2 years in the beauty industry, or health and wellness space
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Experience with large retail accounts, strong track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales
