Administrative Director, Office Management

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide ongoing support to the center management staff, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to all departments and ensuring administrative projects are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Coordinating and supporting the short-term leasing program, including lease agreement administration, obtaining and processing monthly rent, and managing certificates of insurance
- Administering the Fleet Management program, including PIN maintenance, receipt reconciliations, and vehicle maintenance process
- Creating and maintaining documents for Capital and Operational service agreements, as well as tracking and maintaining DocuSign agreements and insurance documents
- Performing general office administrative tasks, such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment, drafting documents and reports, and providing updates on Company Policies and Procedures
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or professional school preferred
- 3-5 years of administrative office experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a background in office management
- Supervisory and coaching skills, with the ability to delegate tasks
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer service principles, and practices
- Aptitude for understanding financial reports and extracting information
- Accounts Payable and Receivable experience using systems such as Yardi
- Strong working knowledge of various computer software, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web-based input software
