Lead Our Renewable Energy Sales Force

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of experienced Sales Associates and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new clients through cold-calling, business visits, email campaigns, and other direct marketing efforts.
  • Assign sales territories and set sales goals and quotas for the team.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program to optimize performance.
  • Provide on-site support for sales associates in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Track sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports on field sales successes.
  • Offer ongoing training to sales associates to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and motivate the sales team through counseling and leadership.
  • Understand the ideal customer profile and align strategies with product offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Commitment to delivering great customer service.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of achieving superior performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to two weeks per month.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
