We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of experienced Sales Associates and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to win new clients through cold-calling, business visits, email campaigns, and other direct marketing efforts.
- Assign sales territories and set sales goals and quotas for the team.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program to optimize performance.
- Provide on-site support for sales associates in lead generation and closing deals.
- Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports on field sales successes.
- Offer ongoing training to sales associates to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and motivate the sales team through counseling and leadership.
- Understand the ideal customer profile and align strategies with product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong background in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Commitment to delivering great customer service.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving superior performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel up to two weeks per month.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
