Rosalina Boutique seeks a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for their stay, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and luggage handling.
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Address guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs, accurately recording guest information and payments.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
