Casa Condado Hotel & Residences Boutique Hotel is a premier hospitality establishment located in the heart of Condado, San Juan, Puerto Rico. We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part Time Front Desk Associates.

Estimated Salary: $12 - $15 per hour

Job Description:

• Front Desk Operations: Greet guests, respond to phone calls and emails, and provide general information about the hotel's services and amenities.
• Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, handle room key cards, and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
• Guest Services: Assist guests with requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, answer questions, and provide updates on hotel services and events.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; Spanish proficiency a plus.
